I edit a magazine called eFiction. Check it out here.
It is issued monthly. Circulation is growing fast. Every month the number of readers grows by around 500. Last month the magazine was downloaded 111 times, and read(so far as I could track) about 1,300 times.
I accept all forms of fiction. Most months don't have a theme, but next month is unofficially a back-to-school issue, and October is a horror-only issue. I accept all genre's all the time.
