Hello Parents, welcome to The Fiction Forum for Kids!

About Us

The Fiction Forum for Kids is a division of The Fiction Forum and is specifically geared toward children and young adults. We believe that books are an essential part of growth and development for any child. We hope that by offering our “For Kids” division we can help promote reading and writing among children of all ages.

What You Will find

The Fiction Forum for Kids is small in comparison to our main site (The Fiction Forum) but full of fun for kids (and adults) of all ages. Currently we have 4 main sections including:

The Library

The library offers a sneak peak at some great children’s and young adult titles. Within the library you will find wonderful color illustrations, book descriptions, excerpts, author and ordering information.

Book Reviews

The Book Review section offers in-depth and honest review of current or new books for children and young adults. All of our reviews are conducted in-house and only by author or publisher request.

Jennifer’s Corner

As a veteran book reviewer, author and mother Jennifer LB Leese offers her recommendations on some great seasonal and theme related books. Topics range from holidays, to common problems and issues for children and teens.

The Story Room

The Story Room offers short stories and poetry for children and young adults (they also make great reads for adults!). We are also working to encourage kids to submit their own stories and poems to be posted on our site. To find out more see Submissions From Kids.
