    Welcome John.

Obviously, if you're keen on contributing to this site, perhaps you'd be keen on writing a review of a book you've read and letting us publish it online?

Hmmm, the closest I can find by searching the internet is an Edgar Allan Poe story made into movie a couple of times called “Murders in the Rue Morgue“.

See if these links prove helpful:

    Hi

You could always try Google Book Search.

Here’s an example query searching for everything they’ve scanned between 1900 and 1930 with the word “ardith” in it:

    https://www.google.com/search?q=ardith&num=30&hl=en&sa=X&ei=64ggTPatC8GC8gbj9cSiAQ&ved=0CBQQpwU&source=lnt&tbs=bks:1,sbd:1,cdr:1,cd_min:6/22/1900,cd_max:6/22/1930

You could customise that and see how it goes.

Let us know if you find what you’re looking for.

Hi James, and welcome to the forum.

It’s a little quiet here, but hopefully you get a response from the others Laugh

I wouldn’t mind checking out a short story. Let me know how…

What language is this book written in?

The website doesn't look like it's written by a native English speaker

That's not a bad site. Is it yours?

I read one story and REALLY enjoyed it. I think I'll be paying the site a visit again.

There is a definite skill in your writing. I wish I had that vocabulary.

BUT, it does become obvious to me (not to everyone) when an author is going overboard with the descriptions.

I guess if your descriptive writing carried on for a while, it might get hard/tiring to read, but I think it would all be dependant on what comes before/after this text.

Not sure about anybody else though 😀

    Hi

Welcome, and go ahead, feel free to post your paragraph.

This forum isn't exactly the busiest out there, but hopefully SOMEBODY will read it and appreciate it 🙂

Good luck and keep us updated.

Though, your site is a little on the “not working” side, so you'll need to fix it, or removing the link from your signature…

Not sure I understand what you're writing here. Just a link to your post?
